Sandra Timmoney

    Sandra Timmoney has held several positions since joining OpenLink in 2001. During her tenure, she has managed various project teams focusing on end user deliverables and overall client satisfaction.

    In the first few years at OpenLink, her responsibilities included managing and supporting a variety of project types; client software upgrades/implementations, development initiatives and internal IT projects. Sandra was also heavily involved with the software development and release process while managing requirements, deliverables, risks, etc., towards the successful completion of their projects.

    Proving her extensive experience with handling client requirements and managing the full system design cycle, paying particular attention to client deliveries and end-user deliverables, Sandra was promoted to Sr. Project Manager and later to PMO Manager.

    In her current position as Manager of Global Operations and Support,  Sandra’s responsibilities include working with the Energy and Financial clients and project staff providing support and project assistance in all areas under the Global Operations and Support organization, with specific responsibilities for projects involving Client Support, Quality Assurance, Documentation client communication and client satisfaction.

    Prior to joining OpenLink, Sandra worked at QueryObject Systems as a Product Manager, where she was charged with managing their flexible and scalable Data Mart offering.

     

    Sandra holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology.
